Any person, firm, corporation, association or organization engaged in or interested in the ownership, production, consumption or conservation of timber and forest products in the State of Mississippi is eligible for membership in the Lauderdale Country Forestry Association in accordance with the rules and regulations adopted by the Board of Directors.
